摘要:
高校公共艺术教育是我国启动的素质教育工程的重要组成部分。是我国全面贯彻实施“德、智、体、美”教育 方针的重要手段和形式之一。教育部颁发《全国普通高等学校公共艺术课程指导方案》后，广西区高校公共艺术教育长期以来 处于薄弱地位的情况有所改善，但是,由于多方面的原因,高校艺术教育在教育观念、教学管理、教育水平等诸多方面,与高等教 育的发展和社会发展对人才的要求还存在着不相适应的方面,存在着各行其是、各自为政、因人设课、教材不规范等现状。为此， 笔者对广西区高校公共艺术教育课程体系所存在的一些问题进行分析与研究，
Abstract:
Public art education in colleges and universities is the start of an important component of the quality-oriented education project. Is our country comprehensive implementation "the moral, intellectual, physical, the United States," one of the important means and forms of education policy. The ministry of education issued the "national ordinary higher school public art curriculum guidelines, our university public art education has long been in a weak position of the situation has improved, however, due to various reasons, the university art education in the education idea, teaching management, education level, and many other aspects, with the development of higher education and social development still exist does not adapt to the requirement of talent's side, there is a chart, fragmented, because people set up lesson, teaching material is not standard, such as the status quo. To this end, the author of our university public art education curriculum system by the analysis of some existing problems and the research put forward their own thinking and suggestions
