摘要:
在解读《2012 年全国专利实力状况报告》的基础上，分析研究了广西知识产权事业所取得的成就和问题，进而 提出了建设“东盟知识产权特区”、“专利质押+专利保险”等对策建议
Abstract:
Basic on the interpretation of "the strength of the 2012 national patent status report", analyzing Guangxi intellectual career achievements and problems, and then proposed the construction of the "ASEAN Intellectual Property Rights, DC", "Patent Pledge + patent insurance" and other suggestions.
