摘要:: 创新服务是出色完成党校教学任务，提高教学科研质量的需要，是党校培养创新型领导干部的客观要求，是信息网络时代党校图书馆提升读者满意度的必然选择。通过创新服务理念、加强信息资源建设、创新服务方式、培养高素质的馆员队伍等途径实现服务创新。

Abstract:: Innovation service is good to complete the task of teaching school, the need to improve the quality of teaching and research, is the objective requirement of innovative leaders of Party school culture, and is the era of information network of Party school library reader satisfaction is the inevitable choice to promote. Through the concept of service innovation, strengthening the construction of information resources, innovative services, training high-quality staff to achieve service innovation.
