摘要:: 中小企业是创造就业机会，推动我国经济增长的重要力量，有关中小企业科技创新发展的研究一直是社会各界共同关注的热点。论文结合中小企业发展的特点,针对中小企业如何更有效地进行科技创新展开深入系统的研究，从中小企业发展现状、科技创新能力和科技产业化发展等方面进行详细分析,提出适合中小企业创新发展的新途径。

Abstract:: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are creating jobs, an important force in promoting China's economic growth. Related scientific and technological innovation has been the development of SMEs research community to focus of attention. This article combines the characteristics of the development of SMEs. Depth study of how the system launched for SMEs to more effectively carry out scientific and technological innovation. Detailed analyzing the status quo in terms of the development of SMEs, technological innovation and industrialization of technology development, innovation and development of proposed new approach is suitable for SMEs.
