班主任是班级工作的组织者，班集体建设的指导者，学生健康成长的引领者；是学校与学生、家长之间联系的 纽带和桥梁；是学生思想道德教育的骨干。文章结合实际，就如何成为一名合格的班主任及管理好班级工作进行探讨
Abstract:
Class teacher is the organizer of class work, a class construction mentors, a healthy growth leader, the bond and bridge link between the school and the students with parents; students are the backbone of Moral Education.The Articles with reality, discuss on how to become a qualified teacher and manage class work to explore.
