Title:: Epidemic situation and technical control measures of livestock Brucellosis in Baise city

摘要:: 为有效控制家畜布鲁氏菌病发生及流行，百色市在 1980-2013 年期间采取“监测、扑杀病畜、免疫、检疫、消毒、推广人工授精技术”为主的综合防治技术措施进行布鲁氏菌病防治。采用虎红平板凝集、试管凝集试验和细菌分离相结合的检测方法，共对 45492 份猪血清、7064 份牛血清、6604 份羊血清以及 852 份家畜（含血清检测阳性家畜）胎衣、死胎、流产物等组织样本进行布鲁氏菌病抗体和病原的检测和分离。结果显示，1980-2006 年监测的 38842 份猪血清样品中，布鲁氏菌病抗体阳性数 526

Abstract:: To effective control the occur and prevalence of livestovk Brucellosis, the integrated control technique which included surveillance, culling sick animal, immune, quarantine, disinfection and Promotion of artificial insemination were applied in Baise city. 45492 samples of swine serum, 7064 samples of cattle serum, 6604 samples of goat serum and 852 samples of afterbirths, stillborn fetus, apoblema of livestock which included serum positive of livestock were detected by RBPT, SAT and isolation of Brucella. Results showed that 526 samples were antibody positive of Brucella among 38842 samples of swine serum during 1980-2006, Positive rate of Brucellosis was 1.35%. Positive rate of Brucellosis was 4.03% in 1986-1988, which the highest. However, the negative results were occurred in the detection of 6650 samples of swine serum during 2007 to 2013. In addition to, 7064 samples of cattle serum and 6604 samples of goat serum were negative during 2003-2013, and the results of Brucella isolation from 852 samples of afterbirths, stillborn fetus, apoblema of livestock which included serum positive of livestock during 1990-2012 also negative. According to the Brucellosis control technical specification, the prevention and cure of Brucellosis in Baise city was achieved the demand of stable control standard, the control efficiency was remarkable.
