摘要:
传统的电视是单向广播方式，它极大地限制了电视观众与电视服务提供商之间的互动，也限制了节目的个性化 和即时化。OTT TV 通过公共互联网为电视、电脑等终端向客户提供视频和应用服务，终端可以为网络机顶盒或内置网络电视 播控平台的互联网电视机。
Abstract:
Traditional TV is unidirectional broadcast .It greatly limits the interaction between television viewers and television service providers. Also limits the program of personalized and immediate. OTT TV over the public Internet to deliver video and application services for television, computers and other terminals to customers. Internet network terminal can be built-in network television set-top box or a television broadcast control platform
