摘要:
随着信息技术的快速发展，科研院所人力资源管理工作也逐步采用科学化、现代化的管理方式。但目前科研院 所人事档案信息种类繁多，数量大，管理方式落后，工作效率较低。因此，实现高效、科学的科研院所人事档案管理信息化， 是科研院所人力资源管理现代化的重要途径。文章阐述了科研院所人事档案管理存在的问题、人事档案管理信息化的重要意义、 人事档案管理系统主要功能分析、加强科研院所人事档案管理信息化等内容。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology ,research institutes, human resource management have gradually adopt scientific management methods, modernization .But the research institutes wide range of personnel file information ,a large number ,management behind, low efficiency. Therefore, efficient, scientific research institutes personnel file management information. Research institutes is an important way of modern human resource management .This article describes the research institutes personnel file management problems, the importance of information management personnel files, personnel records management system is mainly functional analysis, research institutes to strengthen the management of information technology personnel files, etc.
