摘要:
针对企事业单位员工在使用互联网方面面临的工作效率低、带宽滥用、机密泄露、病毒泛滥等问题，提出了企 事业单位上网行为管理的对策，以提供一个高效、规范和安全的上网环境。
Abstract:
For enterprises, the staff in the use of the Internet faced low working efficiency，bandwidth abuse, confidential leaks, virus proliferation and other issues, proposed enterprises online behavior management strategies in order to provide an efficient, standardized and secure online environment.
