摘要:
当下艺术品交易及投资已经引起越来越多人的关注，传统艺术品交易市场早已经满足不了人们的需求，在这种 情况下，艺术品交易方式手段正朝着创新的方向发展。艺术品股票、基金、在线拍卖等多种投资方式的出现得到广大投资者的 肯定和认同，有着广阔的市场发展前景。广西文化艺术品产权交易所应当坚持 “公正、公平、公开”的交易规则，扎根广西、 影响全国、走向世界，全力塑造一个高效的文化艺术品产权交易、投资平台，在打造广西文化产业新亮点的同时，培育新型的 文化艺术品投资市场，拓宽新型投资途径，以便投资者得以畅享 21 世纪的财富
Abstract:
The art trade and investment has drawn the attention of more and more people, traditional art market has already can't satisfy people's needs. In this case, the art trade ways is developing towards the direction of the innovation. The Guangxi culture art assets and equity exchange shall adhere to the "just, fair and open" trading rules, rooted in Guangxi, influence across the country, towards the world, to build a highly efficient platform for the cultural art property rights trading, investment, while creating new luminescent spot of the cultural industry in Guangxi, cultivating new type of cultural art investment market, broaden the new investment approach, so investors can unlimited wealth and income of the 21st century, to promote Guangxi cultural art of active property rights trading market and its prosperity.
