摘要:
寰枢椎关节不稳属颈椎病的多发病，是上颈椎常见疾病，临床主要表现为眩晕、心悸，多有伴头晕，头痛，恶 心，呕吐，视力、听力、 记忆力下降等一系列临床症状；本病多发于长时间低头作业、打字，半躺看书、看电视等不良习惯引 起，或因颈部受打击、先天性畸形、及局部炎症等因素造成;由于查找不到真正的病因多数患者认为是心脑血管疾患而到内科诊 治，容易出现误诊误治，致使眩晕，心悸等症状加重、久治不愈，影响患者的生活质量。中西医治疗该病方法很多，归纳起来 主要有中药、理疗等传统疗法和手术治疗。
Abstract:
Atlantoaxial joint instability is a common disease of cervical spondylosis, which is a common upper cervical disease, the main clinical manifestations caused by bad habits are dizziness, palpitations，headache, nausea, vomiting, vision, hearing and memory losing and a series of clinical symptoms; this disease occurs in long bow working, typing,long time of reading,watching TV,etc .or other reason such as combating on the neck, congenital malformations, and local inflammation; the real cause of the majority of patients usually can not find .So this disease often considered as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, and go for medical treatment, this lead to misdiagnosis, causing dizziness, palpitations and other symptoms, Long lasting affect the life quality of patients. There are many ways by TCM treatment of this disease, such as medicine, physical therapy and other traditional therapies and surgical treatment.
