摘要:
目的：通过研究内服方剂治疗寻常型银屑病的组方规律，进而揭示近年来中医内服方剂治疗寻常型银屑病的用 药特点。方法：通过查阅及整理近十年内服治疗寻常型银屑病的方剂 260 首，将方中药物进行功效类别、五脏归经及五味统计， 并统计各单味组方中药的使用频率。结果：清热药、补虚药和活血化瘀药是其主要部分或基本组成，治则上以清热、养血、活 血为主。结论：血热内蕴、血虚、血瘀为寻常型银屑病的主要病机，内服方剂治疗寻常型银屑病的组方原则多为清热、养血、 活血。
Abstract:
Purpose: treatment of psoriasis prescription laws by studying oral prescription .In recent years, oral prescription medicine and reveal the characteristics of drug treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The treatment of psoriasis vulgaris prescription inspection and sorting through nearly a decade of Oral 260.The efficacy of prescription drug category, internal organs and meridian flavors Statistics. And statistics of each single herb recipe on the frequency of use. Results: antipyretic, tonic medicine and blood circulation drugs are the main part or basic components; the rule is to heat, blood, blood-based. Conclusion: The intrinsic blood heat, blood, blood stasis is the mainpsoriasis pathogenesis, oral prescription treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of the principle of multi-party group for the heat, blood, blood.
