摘要:
土地整治规划是土地利用总体规划的专项规划。其数据库建设则是落实基础图件与项目成果的数字化管理、实 现“一张图”指导和管理规划期间土地整治相关活动。结合笔者实际工作，探讨广西县级土地整治规划（2011-2015 年）数据库 建设需求、内容、要求、流程和注意事项等问题，为同期类似工作提供切实可行的新模式。
Abstract:
Land consolidation planning is the special form of land use planning. Its construction is the implementation of the basic database of maps and digital data management project results, to achieve "a map" to guide the planning and management of land consolidation activities. In practice, the paper says contents, procedures, precautions and other issues on land consolidation planning (2011-2015) database for county level of GuangXi, and provides practical new model for the same period of working.
