摘要:
伴随群众文化大发展、大繁荣的新形势，文章阐述了群众文化活动的背景，分析了文化馆免费开放这一社会主 义文化大发展大繁荣的具体实践，并对今后开展群众文化活动进行设想。
Abstract:
With the mass cultural development and prosperity of the new situation, this article explains the background of mass cultural activities. Analyzing the concrete practice of the cultural center is open free development and prosperity of socialist culture. And carry out mass cultural activities envisaged in the future.
