摘要:
粮食产业化发展是提高粮食产业竞争能力的必由之路。在分析湖北省粮食产业化发展现状及存在问题的基础上， 提出了适合湖北省粮食产业化发展的四种模式，重点探讨了加快湖北省粮食产业化发展的政策和措施：加大政府支持力度，完 善服务体系；加快建设粮油基地，稳固粮食购销关系；积极培育壮大粮食产业化龙头企业；提高产品科技含量，优化粮食品质 结构；建设和完善粮食市场体系。
Abstract:
Grain industrialization is the only way to improve food industry competition capacity. Based on the analysis of the grain industrialization development status and existing problems in Hubei province, this essay gives four proposed patterns which is suitable for industrialization of grain in Hubei province, mainly discussing the policies and measures to speed up industrialization of grain in Hubei province: Stronger support from and perfect the service system by the government; To speed up the construction of grain base, cement the relationship of grain purchase and sale; Actively cultivate leading enterprises of food industry; improve the sci-tech elements in product, optimize the structure of grain quality; Construct and improve the grain market system.
