摘要:
目前，我国国际贸易专业人才培养中存在的问题愈加明显，现行的人才培养模式已经不能满足现代社会高速发 展的需求，传统的国际贸易人才培养模式需要调整和改革。文章分析了国际贸易专业复合性应用型人才的内涵和国际贸易专业 人才培养中存在的普遍性问题，并就如何培养国际贸易专业复合性应用型人才提出了改革思路。
Abstract:
Nowadays, the problem that exists in personnel training for international trade majors in our country has become more obvious. The current personnel training mode cannot satisfy the development and demands of modern society. We must press forward with both adjustments and reform for traditional personnel training. In this paper, we analyze the connotation of compound application talent and the universal problems that exists in personnel training for majors in international trade, and point out the direction of reform for developing the compound application talent.
