摘要:
随着我国现代化进程的加快，以及市场经济的不断发展完善，我国企事业单位还普遍面临着职工整体素质不高 的严峻形势，较发达国家职工教育发展的水平还有很大差距，这严重的影响了企事业单位本身的发展。如何认识现状，分析现 状，了解现实意义等问题是谈发展之前的准备功课，在此基础上尽快建立行之有效的职工教育机制，有计划，有系统，有前瞻 性的开发培训，最终实现职工绩效以及职工对企事业单位贡献的双赢局面。
Abstract:
With the improvement of speeding up the process of China's modernization, and the continuous development of market economy, China's enterprises also generally facing the grim situation of workers is not high, there is a big gap compared with developed countries, the level of education of workers, which seriously affected the own development enterprises. How to understand the situation, analyze the situation, to understand the real significance of such issues is a prelude to the development of the previous section to talk about, on this basis, to establish effective mechanisms for staff education as soon as possible, planned, systematic, forward-looking development of content, and ultimately Employee performance and Employee contributions for enterprises win-win situation.
