摘要:
针对高校中大量存放和管理学生档案，分析了目前档案在管理效率、存放安全、更新效率等方面的主要实施方 法，对比分析了不同档案管理方法之间的差异和优缺点。归纳总结了学生档案管理中存在的主要问题，提出了学生档案管理改 革策略和原则，并根据院校工作的特点，制定了详细的学生档案管理实施方案
Abstract:
According to the large number of storage and management of students archives, analyzes the main methods of implementing the files in the management efficiency, safe storage, updating efficiency aspects, comparative analysis of the differences between the different methods and the advantages and disadvantages of the archives management. Summarizes the main problems existing in the management of student files, the student records management reform strategy and principle, and according to the characteristics of college work, formulated the implementation of the program file management with the students.
