Title:: Appeal changing research of higher vocational school students during process in post practice

摘要:: 在高职院校实施顶岗实习过程中，学生的诉求不断变化。学校、企业必须及时了解学生诉求变化，并且提出有针对性的措施，才能够提升顶岗实习的质量。学生对实习工作的态度、对薪酬福利的要求都在变化，同时企业对于学生的期望与学生的职业素养存在差距。学校必须重视学生职业诉求的变化，并且与企业保持良好沟通，这样才能不断提高顶岗实习水平，让顶岗实习能够成功为学生打好未来工作的基础

Abstract:: For process of post practice in higher vocational school, the appeal of students seems to be changing. So it is better to know such changing timely for school and companies. It is need to take some focused measures to improve the quality of post practice. The students have changed their attitude to work, compensation and benefits. However, there are gap between the expectations of the companies and the occupation ability of the students. The school must emphasize such changing of the students appeal to post practice. And the school should keep good communication with the companies. In this way, the level of post practice could be raised quickly and help the students lay the groundwork before the students work in the future.
