摘要:
文章通过对温病伏气学说的历史沿革、伏藏条件和部位，以及历代医家对于伏邪概念的综合认识，探讨伏气学 说形成原因与现代疾病的相关性，引起疾病反复发作的因素，并使用轻清透达之方药透邪外出，来分析理解辛味药相互配伍的 关系应用，以及提出透邪思想对于指导温热病临床演变规律的认识与运用配伍的探讨。
Abstract:
To discuss the correlation between the formation of Fu qi theory and modern disease, and the factors of disease recurrence, the paper focuses on the comprehensive understanding the history of Fu qi theory, the occurrence and location of Fu qi, as well as the concept of Fu pathogenic factors from ancient TCM physicians. The formula for clearing and dispersing heat was applied to remove the pathogenic factors so as to analyze the application of compatibilities of medicines with acrid property. Furthermore, the paper put forward that the ideology of dispersing the pathogenic qi served for the guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment in febrile disease and the application in compatibility of medicine.
