摘要:
根据《国民体质测定标准手册 （幼儿部分）》中的评定方法和标准进行单项评分和综合评级。 采用 SPSS17.0 统计软件对数据进行用常规数理统计分析和比较，对比的资料为全国 2010 年平均水平。广西地区幼儿身体形态指标一般，低于 全国平均水平，身体机能指标安静心率尽管和全国平均水平相比没有统计学意义上的差异，但从平均差值来看，男女各年龄组 全面好于全国平均水平。身体的上下肢肌肉发育良好，锻炼水平比较高，力量指标总体好于全国同龄幼儿。但柔韧性、平衡性 低于全国平均水平。
Abstract:
The paper research the children physical fitness using single grading and comprehensive rating according to some assessment methods and standards of the " National Physical Fitness Evaluation Standard (Children section)".The study finds the body shape index of children in Guangxi province is normal and the data is lower than the average of nation. Although body function indexes of heart rate have no statistically significant difference compared with the average of nation, the indexes of Guangxi’s boy and girl in each age group are better than the national data from the average difference by using mathematical statistics and comparative analysis of data, and using tools of SPSS17.0 statistical software. The research finds Guangxi’s children’s Upper and lower extremity muscles developed well, relatively highly-exercise levels, and strength index better than the other children. However, the flexibility and the balance of the body are lower than the national average level.
