摘要:
为掌握百色市山羊布鲁氏菌病及衣原体病感染状况。在 2013 年对百色市辖 12 个县区的养羊场进行调查并采集 血清进行布病及衣原体检测。调查发现，1732 个羊场中有 159 个发生流产、死胎的现象。431 个存栏 100 只以上的羊场中，有 87 个发生过流产、死胎现象。对 76 个羊场采集 924 份血清样品使用虎红平板凝集试验及试管凝集试验进行检测，未检出布鲁 氏菌阳性血清。送检 520 份血清，检出衣原体阳性血清 52 份，阳性率 10%；其中检测种母羊血清 139 份，检出衣原体阳性血清 14
Abstract:
In order to grasp goat brucellosis and chlamydia infection status in Baise city ,to investigate and collect serum and chlamydia detection of brucellosis On the sheep farm under Baise Municipality 12 counties in 2013.The survey found that in 1732 there are 159 sheep farm miscarriage , stillbirth phenomenon. 431 more than 100 herds of sheep farm, there are 87 happened miscarriages, stillbirth phenomenon. Sheep farm on 76 924 serum samples collected using the rose bengal plate agglutination test and tube agglutination test to detect Brucella positive serum was not detected. Submission of 520 sera , sera detected 52 copies of chlamydia , the positive rate of 10% ; which detected 139 species of sheep serum , the detection of Chlamydia positive serum 14 parts , the positive rate 10.07% ; detect serum ram 72 parts , prosecutors nine out of chlamydia positive serum , the positive rate of 12.50%.After analysis, the goat brucellosis in Baise City , Guangxi stability control to achieve prevention and control standards ; sheep chlamydia Bose in the field and the whole region at risk spreading epidemic.
