摘要:
目前，随着社会的发展，高空作业人群上升，交通事故剧增，胸腰椎爆裂性骨折呈上升趋势，常伴有脊髓等神 经损伤，如不及时采取有效的治疗措施，很可能引起严重后果。对于胸腰椎骨折的治疗，目前尚未形成统一的共识。多数研究 者主张手术治疗，以求尽快达到脊柱的稳定性和脊髓减压的作用。椎弓根钉内固定系统自 80 年代用于治疗胸腰椎骨折以来，已 在国内外广泛开展，治疗胸腰椎骨折内固定器械种类亦较多。经椎弓根复位内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱不稳定骨折具有三维空间复 位和短节段固定等优点，文章就近 10 年来椎弓根内固定术用于治疗胸腰椎
Abstract:
With the development of society, high-altitude populations and traffic accident are rising. Thoracolumbar burst fracture is on the rise, often accompanied by spinal nerve injury, it may cause serious consequences if timely and effective treatment can not be taken. The treatment of thoracolumbar fracture has not yet formed a unified consensus. Most researchers advocate the operation treatment, in order to achieve the stability of the spine and spinal cord decompression. Since vertebral pedicle screw fixation system is used for thoracolumbar fractures from 80 time, now it has been carried out at home and abroad. The treatment of thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation instrument types, the treatment of thoracolumbar unstable fracture with vertebral pedicle internal fixation has the advantage of three-dimensional space reduction and short segment fixation etc. This article reviews the treatment of the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with vertebral pedicle internal fixation in 10 years.
