摘要:
随着现代科学技术的发展，企业对设备和技术的改造步伐不断加快，新的机械设备和技术的使用者——企业员 工的技术素质水平却滞后，因此系统地对操作员工的培训以提高技能就显得尤为重要。但是，对于不同知识层次、不同工作岗 位条件、不同操作经验的企业员工，使他们在有限的时间内掌握培训基本知识和技能，探讨有针对性的教学方法是关键。
Abstract:
With the development of the modern science technology, the pace of the enterprises transformation of the equipments and technology accelerates continuously, while the technical quality of the users of the new mechanical equipments and technology, namely the enterprises employees, still lags behind. Therefore, it is particularly important to have the operational employees trained systematically to improve their skills. However, enterprises employees are of different knowledge levels, work conditions and operation experiences. In order to let them master the basic knowledge and skills in the limited time, targeted teaching methods is the key.
