摘要:
旅游业是新兴的朝阳产业，目前已经成为推动地方经济社会建设的重要力量，为适应服务地方经济的需要，国 内许多高校设置开办了旅游管理本科专业。民族地区属于后进地区，旅游资源丰富，旅游业迅猛发展。但是，一方面民族地区 面临着旅游专业高级人才相对缺乏的困境，一方面作为服务地方经济社会建设的新建本科院校却因为旅游管理本科专业被列入 国家教育部的“部控”专业而难以开办相关人才培养工作。因此，针对以上问题展开论述
Abstract:
Tourism industry is a rising industry，and it has become an piece of important force to promoted the local economic and social development, in order to serve the need of local economy, many domestic universities set undergraduate major of tourism management. Ethnic region belonging to backward area, rich in tourism resource, and tourism industry develop rapidly. However, on the one hand, ethnic region faces dilemma which is relative lack of tourism talents, on the other hand, as a service to local economic and social construction of new undergraduate universities, they can not set undergraduate major of tourism management because of the national Ministry of education controlling. We try to find the answers.
