摘要:
党的十八届三中全会提出要加快政府职能转变，但在政府职能优化和社会转型发展的大环境下，如何构建有效 促进物业公司的培育、发展和管理的市场服务机制，仍然是一个亟待解决的课题。文章结合实际研究新形势下我国物业公司的 社会功能，分析了我国物业公司发展过程中的政府瓶颈因素，找出了我国政府管理部门与物业公司间存在的若干问题，并对其 进行了具体的分析，提出了解决的对策，从而推动物业公司的科学发展
Abstract:
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist proposed to speed up the transformation of the government function. However, under the circumstances of the government function optimization and the social transformation development, how to build an effective market service mechanism to promote the cultivation, development and management of a property company is still an essential subject to be solved. According to the study on social function of the property company at the present society, this paper analyses the bottleneck factors in the development of the property company, finding out the problems between the government and the company, and finally makes out the countermeasures on these problems, which will go a long way towards the scientific development of the property company.
