摘要:
近年来，我国的社会养老保险的相关制度和政策成为社会的热点问题，社会养老保险在运行过程中出现了收支 不平衡的状况，并且，这种状况呈现不断扩大的趋势，使得我国的社会养老保险出现支付危机可能，影响到社会养老保险制度 的正常运行，进而影响社会的稳定和谐发展，是近十年内国家应急需解决的重大问题之一。文章试就社会养老基金缺口的成因 进行分析，并就解决方法进行初步探讨。
Abstract:
In recent years, China's social pension insurance system and the relevant policy has become the hot issues of the society, social pension insurance appears unbalanced condition in the process of operation, and this situation presents a trend of expansion, making China's social pension insurance payment crisis, affect the normal operation of social endowment insurance system and impact on social stability and harmonious development, is one of the major problems in the country's emergency to solve in the recent ten years.
