从业务，操作人员，技术三个层面探讨政府如何创新性地建设好地方人才网站，着力解决企业招工难和求职者 就业难问题，为经济结构转型和产业升级提供强有力的人才支持服务。
Abstract:
On the aspects of business, operators and technology, the paper discusses how the government innovatively constructs a local job website, so as to solving the difficulties on enterprises’ recruitment as well as personal seeking jobs, effectively promotes the economic transition and industrial upgrading.
