摘要:
广西中学（中职）共青团作为广西共青团员的摇篮，在发展和培育共青团员的过程中扮演了至关重要的角色。 其工作往往直接影响着青年团员人生观、价值观的形成，关系到中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的健康成长。随着 新形势的变化，广西中学（中职）共青团的工作方法和培养模式同大部分地区一样，已经不能完全适应时代的发展要求，暴露 了种种问题和弊端，面临着前所未有的挑战。如何有针对性的为其工作提出可操作性的意见，促使其重新焕发出生机与活力是 文章要讨论的重点内容
Abstract:
Guangxi secondary (vocational) League as the cradle of Guangxi Youth League played a crucial role in the development and nurturing of the Communist Youth League. Its work is often directly affect the formation of the Youth League life and values, and relates to the qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the changes in the new situation, the working methods and training mode of Guangxi secondary (vocational) League with most regions, can’t fully meet the development requirements of the times, exposed to all sorts of problems and shortcomings, and faced unprecedented challenges. How to targeted work for the operability of the opinions and prompt it to respond and vitality, that is the main content of this article.
