摘要:
针对地方性高校教师教育质量保障的现状和存在的问题，给出构建质量保障体系的目的和遵循的原则、基本结 构以及实施过程，改进和完善教育质量保障体系，推动地方性高校教育质量的跨越式发展。
Abstract:
Being aimed at the current situation and existing problems of quality guarantee of teacher education about local colleges, the paper gives the goal, principles, basic structure and the implementation process of which how to construct the quality assurance system. It improves and perfects the system to promote the great-leap-forward development of local college’s education quality.
