摘要:
茶树花含有较多的营养成分和丰富的活性物质，对人体具有解毒、降脂、降糖、抗癌、滋补、养颜等功效，于 2013 年 1 月 4 日获国家批准为新资源食品。文章对广西优质茶树花主要性状及品质进行分析，以期为今后更好地开发茶树花资 源提供理论参考
Abstract:
The tea plant flower contains more nutrients and rich active substances, with detoxification, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic, anticancer, nourishing, beauty and other effects on the human body, in January 4, 2013 approved by the state for the new resources of food. This research carries on the analysis to the Guangxi quality tea flower main characters and quality, in order to better for the future development of tea flower resources to provide theoretical reference.
