摘要:
改革开放以来，我国国家公用事业不断发展，征用农村用地的工作也随之扩大，但是，其转化的途径和手段还 未到位，因此，必须从法律的角度予以思考，使之更好地为社会主义现代化进程服务
Abstract:
Since the reform and opening, our country public utilities development, the expropriation of rural land has expanded, however, the ways and means of transformation is not in place, therefore, must be thinking from the angle of law, so as to better serve the socialist modernization process service.
