摘要:
在高校创建学习型党组织是社会发展的客观要求，是深入落实科学发展观的内在要求，是中国共产党永葆生机 和活力的必然要求。文章试从学习型党组织的建立对于推进学习型政党建设、推动学校事业发展、促进党员全面发展等的重要 意义出发，分析了创建学习型党支部的工作实践，提出“一理念，一创新，四体系，二机制”的高校学习型基层党组织途径
Abstract:
To create a learning party organization in Colleges and universities is the objective requirement of social development is the inherent requirement to implement scientific outlook on development, is the inevitable requirement of Chinese Communist Party maintain its vigor and vitality. This paper tries to establish a learning party organization for the promotion of the importance of learning type party construction, promote the development of the cause of the school, and promote the comprehensive development of Party members. Analysis the practice of creating the learning type Party branch, put forward "idea, innovation, four system, ways of learning type party organization at the basic level two mechanism" in Colleges and universities.
