功劳木溶液联合麻油、白糖治疗褥疮的临床观察 -《大众科技》

Title:: Clinical efficacy observation of combination treatment of gonglaomu solution together with sesame oil, sugar for bedsore

摘要:: 观察功劳木溶液联合麻油、白糖外敷治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期褥疮的临床疗效。132 例Ⅱ～Ⅲ期褥疮患者随机分为治疗组（67 例）与对照组（65 例）；2 组均采用相同的综合护理治疗，在此基础上，治疗组以无菌的功劳木溶液联合麻油、白糖浸透的纱布外敷创面，对照组以无菌的凡士林纱布外敷创面，均每日换药一次，观察 4 周后评价疗效。治疗组治愈 40 例，显效 15 例，有效 8 例，无效 4 例，总有效率 94.03%；对照组治愈 20 例，显效 6 例，有效 18 例，无效 21 例，总有效率 67.69%。2 组疗效比较，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有极显著性意义（经 Ridit 检验，u=4.27，P<0.01）。功劳木溶液联合麻油、白糖外敷治疗褥疮具有较好的临床疗效，值得推广应用。

Abstract:: To observe the clinical efficacy of combination treatment of gonglaomu solution together with sesame oil, sugar, external treatment for periodⅡ ~ Ⅲ bedsore. 132 cases of periodⅡ ~ Ⅲ bedsore patients were randomly divided into treatment group (67 cases) and control group (65 cases); Two groups were all given the same comprehensive nursing of treatment, while sterile gonglaomu solution combined with sesame oil, sugar soaking gauze were applied on the wound location for the treatment group, and the control group just applied sterile vaseline gauze, all these pastes were refreshed for patients once daily, and to evaluate the curative effect after 4 weeks observation. treatment group- 40 cases were cured, 15 cases of significant effect, 8 cases showed effect, while other 4 had no effect, total effective rate was 94.03%; Control group- 20 cases were cured, 6 casesof significant effec, 18 cases showed effect, while other 21 cases had no effect, and the total effective rate was 67.69%. Through comparison of curative effect for these two groups, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group with significant difference (Ridit test, u = 4.27, P < 0.01). the combination treatment of gonglaomu solution together with sesame oil, sugar, external treatment has good clinical curative effect for bedsore, which could be applied extensively.
