介绍了铝电解企业，用电解铝液直接生产母线的工艺及设备。结合生产实践，提出合理设计铝母线结晶器，通过 炉前和炉内两次除渣除气、以及在线泡沫陶瓷过滤，保证铝熔体具有足够的洁净度。在熔炼过程中应避免铝熔体过热，严格控 制铁硅含量比例，选择适当的铸造工艺参数，可直接用电解铝液水平铸造出质量合格的铝母线。

This paper introduces the aluminum electrolysis enterprises, with the technology and equipment of bus direct production of electrolytic aluminium liquid. Combining with the production practice, the rational design of the crystallizer proposed aluminum bus. Through the furnace and furnace two slag degassing, and online foam ceramic filter, ensure the aluminum melt with sufficient cleanliness. In the process of melting aluminum melt should avoid overheating, strictly control the ratio of iron silicon content, select appropriate casting process parameters, can be directly with electrolytic aluminum liquid level casting quality aluminum bus.
