【摘 要】我国 110kV 配电系统大多采用中性点直接接地方式,发生单相接地故障时负荷侧电压跌落严重,影响对用户的 正常供电;短路电流也很大,有些情况下甚至会超过三相短路电流,影响断路器遮断容量的选择。文章对 110kV 系统中性点经 电阻接地方式进行了研究,结果表明,与 110kV 系统中性点直接接地相比,中性点经电阻接地可有效减小单相接地故障电流, 使其小于三相短路电流,且明显抑制单相接地故障时负荷侧的电压跌落程度,提高电能质量。如果合理选择中性点接地电阻值, 还能保证各种过电压水平不超过现有 110kV 电气设备绝缘水平,继电保护装置也能正确动作。经 PSCAD 软件进行仿真,验证 了以上结论。 【中图分类号】TM 7 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-1151(2013)10-0068-04 Study on resistance grounded system of 110kV
Abstract: China’s 110kV distribution systems mainly use the way of direct grounding. When single-phase grounding fault occurs, a serious voltage sag in the load side will not satisfy the users’ requirements for high power quality. And the fault current is very large, sometimes even larger than the three-phase fault current. 110kV resistance grounding system has been studied in this paper and the results show that, comparing with direct grounding system, this mode can inhibit the single-phase ground short-circuit current and reduce the voltage sag of load side to improve power quality. If we reasonable choice the value of the neutral resistor, the over-voltage level will not exceed the insulation level of existing electrical equipment and the relay protection devices can act correctly.
