摘要:: 【摘要】建设项目是一项复杂的系统工程，其特点是周期长、技术要求高、投资额度大、内部结构复杂和外部联系广。在这个过程中，大量存在不确定的因素。国内外都认为建设工程项目的风险巨大，需要进行系统的风险管理。文章试就国内外建筑工程项目管理中的风险管理动态进行研究述评。【关键词】工程项目；风险管理；风险识别；风险评价；风险控制【中图分类号】TU7 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-1151(2013)10-0036-06 The research summary of architectural engineering project risk management Abstract: Construction project is a complicated system engineering, its characteristic is, long cycle, high technical requirements, large investment, complex internal structure and external relations. In this process, a lot of uncertainty factors. All think that the risk of a huge construction projects both at home and abroad, the need for risk management system. This article tries to risk management of construction engineering project management at home and abroad to study the dynamic review.
