摘要:
高等教育的大发展时期，和谐社会和谐校园建设提上新高度，而且人才的培养、学生的素质教育、人性教育成 为教育核心重点。中央政府及各级政府都重视大学生思想道德素质建设，加大投入增加宣传力度，使得高校学生管理从社会学 校、政府、社会治安等宏观环节，和教学、学生管理、学生考核等微观环节齐抓并管，同时狠抓落实，保障到位，切实把学生 素质教育从教育管理的各个环节落实好，重视好，贯彻好。把教育的最后一关高等教育，切实着眼点落实点归根到学生身上,实 现和谐社会的教育大发展、大繁荣。
Abstract:
a period of great development of higher education, harmonious society and harmonious campus construction on a new height, and personnel training, students' quality education, humanity education has become the core focus. The central government and the governments at all levels attach importance to construction of College Students' thought morality, increase investment to increase the propaganda, the management of college students from the school society, government, social security and other macro link, and teaching, student management, student assessment, micro link together grasp and tube, also pay close attention to implementation, security in place, put the quality education of students from each part of educational management to implement the good, good, good to carry out. The education last closed higher education, to focus the point in the student body, to achieve development of education, social harmony and prosperity.
