摘要:: 在全新的数字信息时代，大量的校园资讯与社会信息需要健康、规范、严谨、高效地信息平台进行传递，多媒体信息发布系统将现有的信息通过数字终端发布给公众，借助后台服务器进行远程操控和管理、编辑、处理信息，将大屏幕电视和实时通讯及远程管理有效结合，可广泛应用于校园文化宣传、信息发布、教学互动演示各个环节，符合现代化校园建设需求和氛围，是高校数字化发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:: In this new digital information age, healthy, standardized, rigorous, efficient information platform be needed for transfer A large number of campus information and social information , Multimedia information publishing system with the help of the background server for remote control and management, editing, processing information, release the existing information through digital terminal to the public, effectively integrate the big screen TV and real-time communication into remote management. It can be widely used in the campus cultural propaganda, information release, interactive teaching, and so on, it meets the modern atmosphere and campus construction requirements, and it is the trend of digital development in colleges and universities.
