摘要:: 文章提出用危机管理的意识和方法对待和解决骨科护患纠纷，提出了骨科护理危机管理的原则，制订了骨科护理危机管理的规程和措施，对全面提高骨科护理危机管理的能力，有效预防和处理骨科护理危机，建立和谐护患关系有重要意义。

Abstract:: This paper deal with the department of orthopedics nurse patient disputes with consciousness and crisis management, put forward the crisis management of department of orthopedics nursing principle, formulate rules and the measures of nursing crisis management in department of orthopedics, and to overall improve the ability of nursing crisis management in department of orthopedics, effective prevention and treatment of department of orthopedics nursing crisis, establishing harmonious nurse-patient relationship has important significance.
