摘要:
首先阐述了项目“凯旋一号”工程概况，然后对筏板基础及旋挖桩与长螺旋压灌桩的优缺点的进行对比，最后 得出了对于该项目采用筏板基础较好的结论。
Abstract:
The general situation of "Kaixuan NO.1"project was described firstly, then the advantages and disadvantages of raft foundation, rotary pile and long spiral drilled press-grouting pile were compared, at last the conclusion that the raft foundation was fairly better to this project was drawn.
