摘要:
随着社会和经济的飞速发展，我国的建筑事业取得了巨大的进步。建筑项目具有投资大、技术要求高、建设周 期长、影响因素多等特点，工艺和新材料的发展越来越快，更新换代周期越来越短，这样就更需要在建筑项目的全过程管理中 尽可能的运用到计算机技术来简化相关过程或手工劳动。文章简要的分析计算机技术在建筑项目管理中的基本应用。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of social and economic, China’s construction industry has made tremendous progress. Construction projects have many characteristics with large investment, high technical requirements, and long construction period. Technology and new materials develop faster and faster, replacement cycles are getting shorter. So that even more needs to manage the whole process of construction projects as much as possible the use of computer technology to simplify related to the procedure or manual labor. It brief analysis of computer technology in the construction project management in the basic application.
